That’s nothing compared to what the British government is borrowing on our behalf. I think the figure of the top of my head is some $30-40,000 per head. Not sure how they expect us to pay all that back.
I read the UK is doing better than the US…?
I visited that country- nice place these days. But, wow, real estate prices were sky high (at least as of 10? years ago)…
Have they come down?
The paying back part is what worries me the most. Our gov’t just seems to be spending future money to prop up a system that seems broken. Where will the money come from?
