This is a rough estimation of increases in foreclosure rates in bubble states & the increase in bankruptcy filings.
These numbers were used:

| California | 77.7% | 77.0% |
| Nevada | 70.4% | 84.5% |
| Arizona | 62.4% | 126.8% |
| Florida | 63.0% | 91.8% |
The data was compiled from these sources.
1.The bankruptcy data is here:
Since it is unknown which districts have which population sizes, each district of Florida & California was given equal weight & averaged.
