Not surprisingly, considering that much of the foreclose news we are hearing about is focused on Arizona, Nevada, and California.

I would think that would be a no brainer. With gas costs hitting the commuters hard in CA and the what’s going on in lending. Everyones hit hard.
I think this will become more wide spread in area’s with a bad job market. This economic crunch is effecting everyone.
