    I think it depends on the individual circumstances. I don’t think this is something you can generalise on.

    However there does seem to be more help for business and individuals from government intervention which should hopefully negate the need for at least in some cases to be declared bankrupt.

  2. well nobody would want to have a bad credit for 10 years. this is supposed to be a last resort and must not be taken lightly.
