With the stricter laws in place you know if the number of filings is going up than things are bad. Too many people were enjoying the I gotta have it now lifestyle and spending way too much money. It is tough not to look back at the banks and lenders and question why there were so giving with the credit.
Credit card should not be easy to apply in any other country to prevent this happen..
