Bankruptcy in Georgia

Take a look at this:

Bankruptcy filings surge in Georgia 23% which isn’t a lot compared to other states’ increases earlier this year….However,

Nevada pushed its way to the top of the bankruptcy charts during the second quarter with a stunning 75 percent increase

This isn’t surprising as Nevada is one of the states at the epicenter of the foreclosure mess…The article also mentions that Tennessee still has a very high rate of personal bankruptcies too.

The trends continue!
