Bankruptcy In Michigan

Here is a long post from mid September regarding bankruptcies filed in Michigan:

http://www.dexterleader.com/stories/091108/loc_20080911002.shtml

It even mentions the negative equity issue that Michigan has been experiencing for some time now:

…I see clients come in here who owe on a $150,000 mortgage, but the house is only worth $120,000…

That may be what happens when people can’t pay their negative equity mortgages…personal bankrutpcy rates rise…

Government should make some law which abide all the financial institutions in control, I think this is the only way to control this situation.
