Bankrupty Debt

There has been a lot of press in recent months about so called “zombie debt” that seemingly doesn’t come off peoples’ credit record after they file for personal bankruptcy.

That is, the debt doesn’t seem to go away.

The WSJ weighs in on this controversial topic:

Now, according to the article, credit companies will be forced to remove pre bankruptcy credit dings from peoples’ records.

Let’s see if it actually happens!
