No doubt in my mind these bankruptcies will continue until all the debt we have built up in society has been washed out. Surely Obama will have to modify BAPCPA.

I don’t think Obama will do anything about it, so far in my opinion, I think it will be business as usual, and not alot of things are going to be modified.
