Credit and Bankruptcies in Arizona

Arizona is suffering from the number of foreclosures they’ve experienced during the last few years…and it seems the hangover from the property bubble is affecting business owners too…

…she and her husband, Ronald, were recently advised to file for bankruptcy because of rising debt…

Luckily, the new bankruptcy laws allegedly shield business people from the new constraints of BAPCPA because it’s focus is CONSUMER debt….

Does anyone think Obama will help repeal or modify BAPCPA….?

  1. No doubt in my mind these bankruptcies will continue until all the debt we have built up in society has been washed out. Surely Obama will have to modify BAPCPA.

I’d love to see that…but, so far, he’s made no indication that he will…

  3. I don’t think Obama will do anything about it, so far in my opinion, I think it will be business as usual, and not alot of things are going to be modified.
