		<description>In the UK CC companies have been increasing their rates. The Government stepped in but a compromise was reached which means the CC companies are still refusing to decrease their rates even though the interest rates are at an all tome low. They did however say they wouldn&#039;t be too harsh on people falling behind on repayments.</description>
