What is the biggest cause of filing for bankruptcy?
Well,
a new study published in The American Journal of Medicine says the biggest reason for going into bankruptcy is medical debt.

It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s accurate. A lot of people don’t have medical coverage and some hospitals may not be that willing to work with you on payments. I’ve had the experience of the hospital trying to help you as much as they can. I’ve had them lower my bill and let me make very low monthly payments.
