More Americans Considering Bankruptcy….

According to Findlaw…

A survey by legal information Web site FindLaw.com finds 12 percent of Americans have either filed, or have considered filing, for bankruptcy.

Now that the foreclosure boom is in full swing, what could possible stop this trend?

    Filing bankruptcy can be an advantage for those people who are really financially burdened.

    One, if you have unsecured debts, you can keep your assets. Second, it will stop creditors from bugging you to pay or else they will be in trouble.

    However, I totally agree that this is a complicated process. The reports about your assets, debts and revenues should be convincing. Or else it will not be granted.
