Obama and Biden Bankruptcy Law Reform

There is a decent blurb here about Obama and Biden and the new 2005 Bankruptcy laws (BAPCPA) that were enacted…

The apparently guest writer for the New York Times thinks that the Democrats should have covered this during the debate.

Anyone see the debate last Thursday?

Didn’t Biden support the Bankruptcy bill when it was passed in 2005?

  1. I saw the debate this past Thursday. i am not a big fan of palin. I do not remember if they touched on bankrptcy issues. But, then again Palin would not have answered anyway. I do not know about Bidens support for the ‘05 law but i know it is definitely slanted.
