I think that filing for bankruptcy should always be a last result because of the longer term implications. Some employers will not employee you if you have ever been bankrupt and there are also less intrusive ways to deal with debt

I get the bankruptcy question about once a week through the Consumer Credit Blog, and from I gather a lot of people see it as a quick fix to their debt problems. Most people don’t realize that you can hurt your credit score for years, and that your creditors can still hound you (thanks to the Bankruptcy Reform Act). It should definitely be a last resort only.

  3. Once get filed your bankruptcy than you don’t remain more choice, you starting losing many things, credit and impression goes down, you get preference at last, no body wanna trust on you, so always bankruptcy need to be an last option.
