South Carolina bankruptcies…

Looks like South Carolina is attempting to widen
the class of people that will be able to file for
Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection:

Apparently, this will make more property exempt from
bankruptcy proceedings…

Is this a trend that we’ll see in more states.
