Booming Bankruptcy Practice in Blue Ridge, VA

From Virginia:
A local collections attorney who asks to remain anonymous says he has seen an increase in his business but a decrease in collections. Last year, he says, his firm opened about 40 percent more claims than usual yet pulled in about 12 percent less in revenue.
