It’s got to be at least 1/2?

This is a pretty interesting bit of research here regarding entrepreneurs who will set up businesses in specific states in order to avail themselves of bankruptcy exemptions.

I can’t seem to find the whole article, but the theory is interesting.
It probably mainly deals with Florida & Texas’ unlimited homestead exemptions.
Especially Florida.

According to this article, the number of people filing for bankruptcy protection has increased by 30%+ during the year.
The time period is measured during six months of this year compared to six months of last year.
Even Hawaii is seeing an increase in bankruptcy!
