Seems that Tennessee is still seeing a lot of bankruptcies…However, this article mentions that bankruptcies last quarter were record(since 2005) setting nationally too:

It appears country singer Lorrie Morgan is filing for bankruptcy &
The bank is seeking to exempt the property from protection
With “the property” apparently a mortgage of some type:

This data seems a little dated in that it’s using 2007 figures…but,
For three consecutive years – 2002 through 2004 – Utah led the nation…
