Anyone live in Utah?
Is this stat accurate?
It is a very frightening statistic to know that from 2002 to 2004 Utah was the number one state in the U.S. for consumer bankruptcies.

Filing For Bankruptcy Protection in Utah

Read this:
“…of this year, a 42 percent increase over the first six months of 2007…”
Apparently Utah is seeing a large increase in bankruptcy filings also, much like many other states.
